Pillow:
Warm hand wash using mild soap powder. Rinse well in cold water then press carefully between two towels to remove water. Do not spin or tumble dry. Dry away from direct heat and sunlight.

Pillow Cover:
Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade.
